Thank you for your interest in a custom-designed HTML email signature from Makalla.

I get several email signature requests each and every day, so in order to expedite the process, please complete the Content Submission Form below. Upcoming projects will be added to my work flow in the order of submission of this form.

You will be notified when I am ready to work on your email signature project, and won’t be invoiced until that time.

As far as graphics are concerned, please make sure to upload the largest/best quality versions you have available.

If this is a volume order for several email signatures, feel free to upload ZIP files of the headshots and other graphics, making sure that each graphic file is accurately labeled (e.g. Mary Jones, Sally Smith etc.) for proper identification.

Also, for volume orders, a Word doc or Excel file listing each team member, along with their relevant contact information and social links, would be greatly appreciated… Thanks for your help!
